About the Role

Your job is to be our contact person via phone and email for our client's corporate customers. You provide the best possible customer support to our Swedish clients and ensure excellent handling of bookings. To make the trips feel personal, natural, and smooth for our clients, you are an expert at listening and planning their entire journey from start to finish. You handle bookings for flights, as well as trains, car rentals, and hotels. You find smart solutions for each individual client to ensure their trip goes smoothly and deliver top-class customer service. You build strong client relationships and inform them about various travel programs to provide the best possible experience!

Your Profile

You are proactive and energetic by nature and always strive to provide the best possible customer experience. You have strong social skills to communicate with clients in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. You thrive with independent tasks and have a good ability to handle stressful situations. You are computer literate and skilled in handling administrative tasks such as data entry.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You can work Monday–Sunday with varying schedules for day and evening shifts, and are open to future night shifts. Please note that night shifts are only offered to those who wish to work exclusively nights.
• Your proficiency in Swedish (C1) and English (B2) is fluent in both speaking and writing.
• You can work on-site.
• Experience in the travel industry or hospitality/customer service is a significant advantage. Alternatively, you have studied tourism.
• Good computer literacy and administrative skills.
• Previous experience working with GDS systems is a plus.

Start Date: 2026-07-06

Employment Type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period, 100% employment.

Working Hours: 40 hours/week shifts, including weekends.

Workplace: Concentrix office in Helsingborg at Rönnowsgatan 8C.
