We are in an expansion phase and see increased demand within logistics, transport, and warehousing – where we now want to strengthen our team with a recruiter who can drive volume recruitment with quality and structure.

About the Role:

In the role of recruiter within logistics, you work with volume recruitment of drivers, warehouse staff, and other operational roles.

In this role, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process – from requirement profile meetings with the client, advertising, and selection to screening, interviews, and coordination between candidates and the client. You ensure quality throughout the process and follow up on the delivery to ensure the right match.

In addition to the recruitment responsibility, the role also develops into a consultant responsibility, where you work with timesheet reporting, follow-up of consultants, personnel responsibility, and other parts involved in driving and managing staffed assignments.

You work in a high tempo where several processes run in parallel. The role is both administrative and communicative – you have daily contact with candidates and serve as a key link between the client's needs and the right competence.

Who we are looking for:

• Have at least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within volume, logistics, or staffing
• Are used to working in a high tempo with many parallel processes
• Have experience recruiting for roles such as drivers, warehouse staff, or similar (meritorious)
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and have high multitasking capacity
• Enjoy a role with extensive contact via phone and email
• Have a naturally service-oriented and sales-driven approach
