Description
Ellen Keyskolan is a school for students from preschool class to grade 6, with two classes per grade level and four after-school centers (fritidshem). The school is located close to nature and green areas. We want our students to feel welcome, anticipated, and important every day they come to school, and to feel seen, heard, and understood when they leave Ellen Keyskolan. As an employee, you are an important part of this work.
Responsibilities
As a teacher in the after-school center, you will plan, implement, follow up, and evaluate the activities according to current regulations and the goals of the activity. You are innovative and forward-thinking, keeping well-updated within your field. Furthermore, you collaborate with guardians, student health services, work teams, and other school staff, working together to achieve high quality in the activity. You also have close cooperation with the staff in the other after-school centers.
With a creative approach, you drive pedagogical development work.

Qualifications
For the position of teacher in the after-school center, we are looking for you who are a certified teacher in after-school centers.
As a teacher in the after-school center, you collaborate with guardians, student health services, work teams, and other school staff, which presupposes that you thrive in a role where collaboration is a central part. With your ability to collaborate and your respectful approach, you easily create and maintain trusting relationships. As a person, you thrive in a role where you have significant personal responsibility and are given room to take many of your own initiatives. You are creative and happy to come up with new ideas and approaches. If you are also engaged and want to develop in your role, we believe you will thrive with us.
The position is filled on the condition that it is not claimed by already permanently employed qualified staff.
