Examples of responsibilities:

  • Take a leading role within Talent Acquisition.
  • Help build, develop, and establish new ways of working within recruitment.
  • Drive development and innovation in both recruitment and employer branding.
  • Work operationally through the entire recruitment process, from needs analysis to appointment.
  • Combine strategic development work with close operational support to the business.
  • Support managers and the HR team in recruitment-related questions and processes.
  • Contribute to developing the collaboration between HR, managers, and the business within talent supply.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who thrive in an environment where a lot is happening and where you have the opportunity to influence, develop, and drive the work forward. You like to combine strategy with operational work and are motivated by creating structure, building relationships, and getting things done together with others.

We also see that you have:

  • Relevant academic education in HR or equivalent experience as assessed by the employer.
  • Experience in building or developing Talent Acquisition work.
  • Experience working closely with managers and supporting the business in talent supply matters.
  • A modern perspective on recruitment and employer branding.
  • Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
