This is a contract position with our client in Eskilstuna. We are currently seeking a service-oriented problem solver who helps create the best possible customer experience. This is a key role where you can truly make a difference!

About the role

You will be part of a fantastic team working with customer service for various countries and languages. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Handling complaints and returns.
• Assisting customers with questions regarding products, services, and processes.
• Solving customer issues quickly and efficiently.
• Escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Gathering valuable feedback and following up on customer cases.
• Actively participating in improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Administrative tasks, such as documenting customer interactions in the CRM system, updating customer information, and generating reports.

Who are you?

We believe you primarily possess excellent command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as this is central to the company. We also appreciate prior experience in similar customer service roles and the ability to handle customer feedback and improvement projects. You are solution-oriented, responsible, and flexible, capable of making quick and thoughtful decisions even in high-pressure situations.

Experience with systems such as Salesforce, Dixa, or similar platforms is a plus.

We would like you to have:

• Experience or education in customer service, communication, or feedback management.
• Fluency in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
