About the role

As a guard within the assignment, you work with patrolling security related to diplomatic activities in Stockholm. The work involves patrolling between different addresses and areas, creating visibility, and contributing to safety through continuous presence throughout the entire shift.

You work both independently and together with colleagues in an assignment where professionalism, stability, and good judgment are crucial. The role involves varying environments and a high focus on security and service.

The position is full-time with immediate start and runs until August 31, 2026, with a chance of extension. The work is conducted around the clock in 12-hour shifts, meaning you will work either day or night shifts.

We are looking for you who:

• Have completed guard training (VU1, VU2) and feel confident in the professional role.
• Have high personal maturity, good judgment, and a professional attitude even in pressured situations.
• Thrive in an operational security role where presence, attention, and decision-making ability are central.
• Have good collaboration skills but can also work independently.
• Fluently master Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Have good physical fitness and endurance for long shifts.
• Hold a valid B-driver's license.

Previous experience with patrolling security or work in security-classified environments is an advantage.
