As a Document Administrator, you are responsible for coordinating handover activities and ensuring that the work is driven forward in a structured and efficient manner. You plan meetings, handle documentation, and follow up to ensure that decided actions are carried out on time. You work closely with different functions in the organization and support communication and problem solving. The role also involves analyzing and validating data in systems such as SAP, PLM (e.g., Teamcenter/PLM360), Qlik, and Microsoft 365. You actively contribute to improved data quality and more efficient ways of working, and support spare parts management and material registration, including catalog maintenance. - Strong coordination and communication skills
