We are currently looking for a Social Secretary (Social Worker) to join our investigation unit. Do you have the drive to create security and hope for the future for children and young people? If so, this is the right position for you.

In the investigation unit, you will work with investigations and follow-ups of open interventions for children and young people aged 0–20 who need support and protection from social services. The role includes conducting investigations in accordance with current legislation (primarily the Social Services Act and the Law on Care of Young Persons), following up and coordinating interventions based on the child's needs, and using proven methods and assessment instruments such as ERASOR, iRiSk, ADAD, and BBIC.

A central part of the work is to strengthen the child's participation and ensure that they are heard throughout the entire process. You will meet children and young people in various life situations, for example, young people with acting-out behavior, children who have witnessed or been exposed to violence, or children living in families with psychiatric diagnoses or substance abuse issues.

We work in two teams on the unit, with good collaboration and mutual support in both major and minor matters. We invest heavily in development and working environment. Qualifications

• University degree in Social Work (Social Worker).
• Experience in authority-based work and work with children and young people within social services is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
