Sunnebo Preschool is located in a beautiful villa area in Saltsjö-Boo, Nacka. The preschool currently has two departments but has capacity for three. On our two departments, we work with younger children (1–3 years) and older children (3–5 years) respectively. The building is detached and has a fantastic surroundings and a large yard. We eat in the dining room and have our own kitchen with a cook.

The task of the childcare worker is to provide the children with a secure and stimulating stay at the preschool where the child and learning are at the center. Providing care, playing, and being outdoors are important parts of the work. Your work includes ensuring that all children receive attention, that everyone gets to participate and play, and that no child comes to harm.

All members of the work team share the pedagogical work. In the work team, everyone has a shared responsibility for ensuring that the preschool's goals and ideas, as formulated in the preschool's policy documents and curriculum, permeate the operations. As a childcare worker, you should function as a sounding board and conversation partner for your colleagues, and you should listen/share your experiences and theoretical knowledge.
