Recess Teacher (Fritidshem) for the Autumn Term 2026. Welcome to Böskolan! We are proud and happy to have qualified and competent recess teachers, but we now need to complement our team with another skilled educator for the Preschool Class.

We are looking for you who, with enthusiasm, creativity, and drive, want to be part of the operations at Böskolan. You are a secure and stable adult who is well-versed in the school's governing documents, has a solution-oriented approach, and is a clear leader. You possess personal maturity as well as the willingness and ability to communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues.

As a recess teacher, you play a vital role in students' learning, development, and well-being. Together with experienced and engaged colleagues, you plan, implement, and evaluate structured activities in the recess program. You place the students' development and learning at the center of attention throughout the school day. You work closely with colleagues in both mentor and work teams, where you have the opportunity to participate in and contribute to collegial learning.

Böskolan is a non-profit independent school (Grades 1-9) with 370 students. Around 50 adults work here to support the students in their learning and development together. The location, with its proximity to both the city center and the Delsjö area, offers excellent opportunities for activities outside the school walls, and transportation connections are good.
