We are approximately 350 colleagues within the Child and Education Administration working within four school areas with children and students aged 1–16. We work to ensure that all children and young people have a good learning environment where they feel safe and are given the opportunity to achieve good results. Welcome to one of our four school areas: Lärcenter, Skived, Ullerud, and Grossbol.

Description

We are now looking for a motivated after-school center teacher who wants to help create fun, safe, and educational days for our students.

Responsibilities

We are looking for you who can stimulate students' development and learning and offer them a meaningful leisure time.

As a pedagogue in the after-school center, you should offer our students a varied approach, different forms of expression, and learning environments that integrate care and learning. As an employee here, you work for equality where all students get good conditions to grow and develop in an environment that is accessible, safe, and educational.

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the after-school center's teaching and development. This includes, among other things, working with systematic quality work involving documentation, reflection, and evaluation of the education's goals and learning processes.

The role includes working with active breaks during school hours, and you will work with students from grades F–9 during the school day.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher in after-school centers.

As a person, you are engaged, motivated, and present, and you find it easy to collaborate with both students, guardians, and colleagues.

You should be familiar with our governing documents and be able to use them in practice. In your view of students, you see and believe in the competent child, which is reflected in your attitude in everyday life.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and good interaction with both children and adults. Experience of working with ADHD/Autism (NPF) is meritorious.
