Förslöv is located on the scenic Båstad Peninsula in northwestern Scania. The Förslöv Health Centre is growing, and we now have approximately 6,280 registered patients and 24 dedicated employees working in teams for the benefit of the patients.

For our General Practitioner Specialists, this means, among other things, that we ensure undisturbed time for administration and professional development. We work towards the goal of approximately 1,100 registered patients per specialist and structure the organization so that tasks fit within regular working hours. Here, you will find psychosocial support, rehabilitation competence, and a well-functioning child health center. We also collaborate closely with home care and special housing to create a cohesive care flow for patients.

Job Responsibilities

As a doctor here, you will become part of a dedicated team consisting of nurses, specialized nurses, assistant nurses, social workers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and medical secretaries. Together, you will distribute tasks based on competence and workload to provide the patient with professional and secure care. We work in a cross-professional manner and continuously develop new ways of working and clinics, for example, within lifestyle habits and chronic diseases, which both relieve the doctors' workload and strengthen patients' health.

You are offered good opportunities for professional development, including scheduled time for further education and participation in courses and local training. You supervise trainee doctors and students and actively contribute to a learning climate. Improvement work is a natural part of the assignment, as we together develop the operations to achieve high medical quality and efficient resource use.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed doctor and specialist in general medicine, with the eligibility to practice in Swedish healthcare. You master Swedish at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale. Experience from primary care and medical record systems such as PMO, Melior, and Pascal is meritorious.

You have a secure professional approach and an engagement where you want to work together with your colleagues to continue developing the health centre. For you, it is self-evident to meet the patient with a holistic perspective and take responsibility for a secure and patient-centered care experience.
