DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

The position involves teaching in special sports and planning the operations. The position is a temporary substitute role but may convert to a permanent position. As a special education teacher and instructor at Älvstrandsgymnasiet's sports-focused tracks, you will teach students with individually chosen special sports. Part of the role will involve our Niu and Liu indoor hockey (innebandy) tracks. The other part will be in collaboration with the clubs Hagfors IBS and Hagfors IF.

We are primarily looking for you who have a teaching license for special sports instruction. Secondly, we are looking for you with another relevant sports background and experience in teaching, competition, and training theory. It is an advantage if you have a sports background in indoor hockey or other relevant education in the field of sports and health.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

According to the Education Act (2010:800), a certificate of good conduct from the Swedish Police Authority is required to work in preschool, school, or childcare.
