Personal Assistant for Woman in City Center

Do you want to work as a personal assistant and help create a safe and meaningful everyday life? At Aleva, we are now looking for an engaged colleague for a woman in her 30s who lives in her own apartment in the city center.

About the Position

As a personal assistant, you support the client in her daily life. The work includes personal care, household chores such as cleaning and cooking, as well as accompanying her to activities outside the home.

The client uses a wheelchair and requires 24/7 assistance. The work is primarily performed in the form of day-and-night shifts.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B) (you will drive the client's car during work)
• Very good knowledge of Swedish
• Non-smoker
• Scent-free (due to the client's sensitivity)

Who are you?

We are looking for an outgoing woman, preferably aged 35–45, with an interest in music and makeup. You are flexible, attentive, stress-resistant, and empathetic in your work, and you adapt easily to different situations.

It is important that you communicate clearly and securely, as the client experiences brain fatigue and therefore needs clear and easy-to-understand language in everyday life.

Experience from healthcare and social care is meritorious, but we place the greatest emphasis on personal suitability and chemistry.

• Scope: The position is a permanent employment with an engagement level of 75 - 100 %
• Start date: Immediately, according to agreement
