JOB DESCRIPTION
As we are expanding our short-term care activities, we are looking for more employees. At our short-term facility, you are expected to help and support the children with care, daily, leisure, and cultural activities based on their specific strengths, interests, and needs.

The work takes place during scheduled times during the day, evening, weekend, and night shifts. This position will involve working alone, so it places great demands on your ability to work independently and make your own decisions.
Here, it is important that you have a good view of humanity, a respectful approach, and good pedagogical skills.

Employment type: Permanent position.
Note that Ronneby Municipality has removed the cover letter from the application process.
Instead, in the application procedure, you will be asked to answer a number of questions where you describe your competence in the requested area. In the selection process, we will base our assessment on these answers as a complement to your CV, and thus not request a cover letter.
In cases where there is a legal requirement for an extract from the criminal record, you will need to present one.
For some positions in Ronneby Municipality, we conduct background checks on final candidates.
