The Rheumatology Clinic at Helsingborg Hospital is responsible for the investigation and treatment of moderate to severe forms of acute and chronic inflammatory joint diseases as well as rheumatic systemic diseases. The clinic operates in outpatient care and is highly functional with an established team of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and medical secretaries. We are also responsible for teaching and supervising medical students. We are facing an exciting time as we look forward to expanding our operations in our newly renovated premises.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We now wish to strengthen our medical staffing and are therefore looking for a specialist or senior physician in rheumatology!

As a doctor here, you will work at the clinic, investigating and treating all types of rheumatic diseases. The role also includes consulting services within Helsingborg Hospital. We participate in student teaching at the medical school and have active involvement in medical education from the seventh semester. No on-call duties are required.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you if you are a licensed physician with permission to work in Swedish healthcare and have specialist training in rheumatology. Proficiency in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. Experience in teaching is meritorious.

We want you to possess good collaboration skills and be flexible in your work approach. Personal suitability is of great importance.
