The Education Sector includes preschool and school operations.

Description

The Introduction Programme (IM) is an activity that was launched for the first time in August 2020 and is now taking new steps in its development. Today, there is a team that has planned and implemented the activity for a few years and is now looking for more colleagues. We are looking for a teacher who will teach and take on central roles in the activity. You are expected to work with a holistic approach to the student and collaborate with many other functions, such as the School Counselor (SYV), student health team, and IM coordinator.

We are looking for a colleague who has good knowledge of NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) and experience working with young people in various contexts.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a colleague who will teach mathematics. We view it positively if you also have qualifications in other subjects. Having biology in your qualifications is an extra advantage.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have teacher certification in mathematics at the lower secondary level, preferably in combination with another general subject. Previous experience working as a teacher in the later years of lower secondary school and with good references is a requirement.

If you are a recent graduate with good grades from your practicum, do not hesitate to apply! As a new teacher here, you will have a mentor throughout your first year!

You have good collaboration skills, are positive, orderly, responsible, and build trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You are a secure and clear leader in the classroom and have the ability to see the whole student. In your work, you are also development-oriented and solution-focused. You can plan your work based on the fact that the workload varies during the school year, and you have the ability to handle more stressful periods.

Great importance will be attached to personal qualities.
