Senseworks was founded in 2019 and provides a world-leading analysis and audit platform as a SaaS service. We make it easy for auditors, accounting consultants, and CFOs to collaborate, ensuring businesses are run optimally, and we are now expanding rapidly.

What you will do

Your goal is simple: ensure that customers use our platform to its full potential and truly derive value from it. You will work in a varied role, closely collaborating with colleagues in sales, product, technology, and marketing.

• Onboard new customers and ensure they get off to a good start.
• Analyze how customers use the product and interview them to understand their needs.
• Inform about new features and help customers maximize their impact.
• Handle customer support and build long-term relationships.
• Be the voice of the customer internally and contribute insights to sales, marketing, and product development.
• Create educational materials, videos, and blog posts to make the product easily accessible.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking a social and structured auditor with at least 3 years of experience. The most important thing is that you enjoy customer contact, take responsibility, and thrive in a small team where you have a significant say.

• Are accustomed to and genuinely enjoy meeting with customers and users.
• Are goal-oriented and take responsibility for your customers' success.
• Enjoy working in a tight-knit team with broad impact on your own workdays.

Experience with audit software such as Hogia, Visma, or Wolters Kluwer is a plus.
