Your Responsibilities

In the role of Childcare Worker, you will work together with your colleagues to create a positive, educational, and secure environment. You will work to foster participation among the children and recognize the competent child. Joy, security, and operational development are important to us.

You are responsible, under the guidance of the preschool teacher, for contributing to the children's education. The operations are planned and implemented in accordance with the national curriculum and the preschool's overarching goals. Your tasks include care, planning, education, as well as follow-up and analysis of each child's development and learning. We use the system TYRA for documentation and attendance management.

We are looking for you who

Are trained as a Childcare Worker (Barnskötare).
Have a few years of experience working as a Childcare Worker in a preschool setting.
Are well-versed in the Swedish preschool curriculum (Läroplan för förskolan).
Have good knowledge of systematic quality work in preschools.
Have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Personal Qualities

You are a creative person who thinks outside the box, finds new solutions and ideas. You reflect with the children and act as a co-researching pedagogue. You are relationship-building and find it easy to create new relationships with both children and adults, often taking the initiative in social situations.

You have excellent teamwork skills as you enjoy working in a group, adapt when necessary, and always keep the common goal in sight. You are confident and stable in new situations, and both the children and their guardians find security in you. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
