About the Position

We are now looking for a dedicated childcare worker to join our team. You will become part of an engaged work team and work closely with the children in the daily pedagogical work. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to creating a safe, developmental, and inspiring environment where the children's learning and well-being are at the center.

The position involves actively participating in the pedagogical activities and supporting the children's development and learning in accordance with the preschool curriculum and our pedagogical values.

The position begins at our toddler department, where you will become an important part of creating security and continuity for the youngest children.

The position includes:

• Permanent employment
• Full-time (100%)
• Start date: 2025-08-03 or as agreed
• 6-month probation period

Qualifications and Requirements

Requirements:

• Education in child and youth activities or other pedagogical education
• At least 5 years of experience working in a preschool
• Experience working with both younger and older children in a preschool setting
• Good teamwork skills and a responsible work approach
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing

Merits:

• Experience with Montessori pedagogy is an advantage, but not a requirement
