Personal Assistant – Night Shift – for a cheerful and social 23-year-old outside Uppsala

💫 A little about me

I am a lively and positive 22-year-old girl living with my parents just outside Uppsala.

I love shopping, swimming, reading books, listening to music, and taking long walks – regardless of the weather! Excursions and new experiences are things I really appreciate.

🌜 About the job – Night Shift

I am now looking for a personal assistant who can be by my side at night, when the rest of the world is sleeping. The working hours are 22:00–07:00, and the position is 80% with a rolling schedule.

The position is a temporary assignment extending until mid-September 2026, but it may be extended. As my assistant, you will be awake all night to provide me with security and support when I need it. You will be there if I need help with:

• Supervision
• Personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, as well as transfers (ceiling lift is used, manual lifting may occur).
• Meals via my abdominal feeding device and medication.
• Positioning and supervision so I can sleep well and safely.

I use a wheelchair and an electric wheelchair, and I communicate using Bliss and sign language. Therefore, it is important that you have patience, understanding, and a friendly manner.

🚗 Important to know

• There are fur-bearing animals in the home – you should therefore not be allergic.
• We are looking for female assistants only.
• Driver's license and access to a car are required for commuting to and from work.

💖 Who are you?

You are calm, responsible, and able to maintain focus even during quiet nights. You are self-assured, meticulous, and caring, with a genuine desire to help others. You speak and write Swedish fluently and respect my routines and needs.

Experience in personal assistance or care work is advantageous – but most important is your attitude, your patience, and your big heart.
