About the position

Personal assistance is a service under the LSS Act (Support and Service Act for Certain Functional Disabilities). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everything that arises in daily life as well as with basic needs. Your work involves protecting the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributing to a smooth daily routine. Each assistance assignment is uniquely adapted to the client's life, so tasks may vary depending on the workplace.

Our client is a 43-year-old woman living in Anderslöv who has a muscle disease. The client's individual needs dictate the workday, and the work may include assistance with mobility, personal care, training, as well as daily chores and activities both inside and outside the home.

The client has a great interest in gardening and cultivation and enjoys spending time with it. She also has an interest in horses and rides once, or sometimes more than once, a week.

Who are you?

The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for you who are sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as the assistant and the client.

Requirements for the position:

• Previous experience in care/nursing or personal assistance
• Category B driver's license and access to your own car (to commute to work)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Tolerance for animals, as the client rides and you will accompany her to the stable and assist
• Non-smoker

Merits for the position:

• Experience with tube feeding
• Share the client's interests in gardening, cultivation, and horses

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. Our client prefers female applicants, but all applications will be considered.

Working hours, employment degree, and salary

The current form of employment is "Fixed-term contract" for the period 2026-07-13 to 2026-08-30. The position involves work during the day and evening on weekdays and weekends. Working hours are 10:00–20:00.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, and other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.
