Student Assistant with Medical and Pedagogical Interest at Eraskolan in Ljungsbro
Serudia ABÖstergötlands län, Linköping
Previous experience is desired
Welcome to a school with a positive learning climate, safety, and study serenity. A school with a forward-driving pedagogical spirit!
For the academic year 2026/2027, we are now looking for a student assistant with both medical and pedagogical interest to complement our driven and experienced team at Eraskolan.
Småskolan (lower primary) and Eraskolan (middle primary) are sister schools (located close to each other) in Ljungsbro, just outside Linköping, where we are achieving great success in our mission. At our schools, we have a safe, calm, and study-focused daily routine. We believe in small schools with small classes (approx. 20 students per class) and a high teacher-to-student ratio, where the key words are engagement, safety, and results. With us, we give all students realistic conditions to succeed better in their schooling. With us, you get realistic opportunities to make the school what it should be: an important place in our students' daily lives. Our schools have received particularly positive reviews regarding safety and study serenity.
Småskolan & Eraskolan has approx. 150 students and over 20 employees. Here you will find safe and long-term school leadership, as well as engaged and professional colleagues.
To Eraskolan, we are now seeking a student assistant with both medical and pedagogical interest. The position is based on supporting one specific student, but circumstances are such that you will also be an asset to other students. By "medical interest," we mean that you have a caring/nursing streak in you. Perhaps you have some form of medical education, but this is by no means a requirement. The desire to build a successful relationship with both the current student and their parents is of great importance. You also have a pedagogical interest—an interest in the learning that takes place in a classroom—and wish to be an active part when knowledge acquisition is underway.
As a student assistant, we envision you as a secure person, both in your primary role for an individual student and in interactions with colleagues, other students, and parents.
Here you will work at a school with wonderful colleagues in a driven team. The work involves standard student assistant tasks, in an environment that provides good opportunities to do a good job. A workplace to thrive and develop in.
You are a forward-thinking person who, if you don't already have it, wants to train your eye to meet students both from a knowledge perspective and from the perspective of seeing each individual. You are ready to "step in" and take responsibility for individual situations, based on what this assignment entails. Perhaps you have some form of experience working in primary school and are now eager to further develop in your work, or perhaps you are open to new challenges that you want to carry out with good quality, in positive collaboration with colleagues. You have both personal drive and are meticulous in your work. We place great emphasis on personal qualifications.
At Småskolan/Eraskolan, our staff works closely together, in an environment of safety and study serenity, to shape a high-quality school day, where we help each other with big and small tasks for a good working day together.
For the academic year 2026/2027, we are seeking this assistant, subject to the necessary funding being granted. Good to know: The position is renewed every academic year, meaning employment is on an annual basis. The work is expected to continue after the upcoming academic year.
We gladly receive your application, including a cover letter and CV, via email, preferably as soon as possible.
