Requirements Analyst sought for assignments in identity management and critical societal operations
We are now looking for 2 Requirements Analysts for a longer-term consulting assignment with a large public sector organization. This assignment is perfect for you who have extensive experience in requirements work within system development and thrive in agile, cross-functional teams with close collaboration between business, technology, and management.
About the assignment As a Requirements Analyst, you will work on requirements related to the development and further development of digital solutions within identity management. You will become part of an agile development team where you are responsible for analyzing, breaking down, documenting, and coordinating requirements in close dialogue with stakeholders, development teams, and project management.
The work includes both new development, further development, lifecycle management, and administration of existing solutions. There may also be requirements work related to regulations, legal requirements, and business-critical processes.
The team works according to modern agile principles and has significant mandate to influence working methods, processes, and deliveries.
Scope and location Scope: 100% Number of roles: 2 consultants Working method: Hybrid, with on-site work approx. 3 days per week Start: According to agreement
We are looking for someone who has:
Education in systems science or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years of experience as a requirements analyst within system development
Documented experience in independently driving, coordinating, and being responsible for requirements work
Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
Swedish citizenship
Meritorious experience:
Good understanding of software architecture and development methods
Experience in translating business needs or legal requirements into developable requirements
Experience with agile working methods and Scrum
Experience from a large authority or other large public organization
As a person, we believe you are Structured, communicative, and confident in driving requirements work independently. You find it easy to collaborate with both business and technology and are accustomed to creating clarity in complex environments.
