About the role
As an Inside Sales representative, you are a central part of the sales organization, acting as the hub between suppliers, partners, and internal teams. You are responsible for driving business forward, supporting partners throughout the sales cycle, and ensuring high quality in the pipeline and forecasts. The role combines operational sales work with coordination and relationship building.
Responsibilities
Sales and Partner Support
Support partners and resellers with:
Quotes and pricing
Consulting regarding products, licensing, and renewals
Work proactively with partners to identify new business opportunities and drive the pipeline
Ensure high service levels and quick feedback to customers and partners
Contribute to developing partner relationships and increasing loyalty
Business and Pipeline Management
Manage business opportunities from initial contact to closing
Follow up on quotes, ongoing deals, and upcoming renewals
Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system
Actively work on pipeline quality and business forecasts
Identify risks in deals and take action to secure closures
Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with:
Field Sales / Account Managers
Product and Category Managers
Marketing team and Vendor Management
Participate in and support campaigns, sales activities, and partner initiatives
Contribute to the planning and execution of events and training
Ensure internal processes are followed and continuously improved
Qualifications
Experience
Experience in Inside Sales, sales support, or channel/partner sales
Experience from IT, cybersecurity, networking, or software licensing is a plus
Experience working with suppliers, distributors, or resellers
Experience working towards clear sales targets and KPIs is an advantage
Skills
Strong business acumen and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple parallel deals and prioritize effectively
Structured and proactive work approach
Good understanding of sales processes and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive business

Initiative – ability to independently identify areas for improvement and business opportunities
This is a 12-month consulting role with a high chance of extension or direct hire by the client.
