We are now looking for dedicated personal assistants for a 16-year-old girl who, after an acquired brain injury, is in the process of rebuilding her life.

We are looking for someone who is secure, empathetic, and responsible. You should have a genuine interest in people, personal development, and be eager to learn more about rehabilitation and communication. You enjoy exercise, activities, and being outdoors. You can take initiative and work well in a team.

Fluency in Swedish or English is required.

We are seeking summer substitutes with the possibility of permanent employment in the autumn. Shifts are distributed across all hours of the day, including awake nights.

A driver's license is not a requirement, but is an advantage.

About the client:

She is a warm, determined, humorous, and caring girl who enjoys adventures, swimming, music, exercise, and baking. She feels best when she is moving and exercising. She cannot communicate verbally, but uses pictures and body language.

She needs help with everything in daily life – from personal care to exercise, meals, structure, and social support. She thrives best with people who are calm, attentive, and confident in themselves, and who stand by her side through thick and thin.

She lives with her mother and stepfather in a house in central Norrtälje. There is a dog and a cat in the home.

You will become an important part of her daily life and future, in close collaboration with her family.

Experience in personal assistance, care, and rehabilitation or similar is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have your heart in the right place. You will receive good induction, supervision, and opportunities to grow in the role.
