Responsibilities

We are looking for a teacher in Logistics and International Freight Forwarding. Together with the teaching staff and educational leaders, you will be responsible for organizing, planning, coordinating, and integrating your courses into the various educational programs. The teaching aims to prepare students for their future roles as transport managers and freight forwarders.

The role involves designing courses, teaching, and continuously developing the educational content. As this is a vocational education, this will be done in close contact with the industry, where you will utilize both your own and the institution's established networks. You will also coordinate, supervise, and examine final theses and other major projects.

The position also includes, among other things, course responsibility, LIA visits (LIA = Learning in Work Environment, internship), work with and development of student influence, evaluation, and other common tasks.

This is a fixed-term position for the autumn semester of 2026 and the spring semester of 2027, with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have relevant long-term work experience in logistics, distribution, freight forwarding, or similar fields.

It is an advantage if you have worked in a responsible or coordinating role regarding quality, environmental, and sustainability issues within the transport sector. Experience in teaching is also considered an advantage.

You are quality-conscious and have good knowledge of Excel and digital tools.

The work requires an openness to trying new working methods. You are creative, flexible, and able to work independently and make your own decisions.

You collaborate well with others and have the ability to build trust and good relationships, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. You are an independent, solution-focused person who is efficient and motivated to develop yourself and your work.
