Do you have experience in administration and want to take responsibility for ensuring order information flows correctly from the very first step? In this role, you will combine careful administrative work with system troubleshooting, playing a key role in keeping the logistics flow running smoothly.
About the Role
This is a full-time consultancy assignment starting immediately until August 31st. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the client's site.

💼 Responsibilities
As an Order Administrator, you are responsible for ensuring that order information flows correctly between two internal systems. You monitor data flows, identify why orders are not processing, and correct issues such as incorrect postal codes or missing information. You receive Excel files via email, upload them into the systems, and review which rows have returned error codes. Orders that get stuck in the system are checked manually and adjusted until the flow works. The work is administrative, meticulous, and resembles classic order administration with a focus on logic and data quality.
You will receive a thorough onboarding covering routines, systems, and working methods before working independently.
- Ensure order information flows correctly between two internal systems
- Monitor and review data flows
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and handle error codes
- Upload and review Excel files with shipments
- Manually check orders that get stuck in the system
- Work with a focus on logic and data quality
🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
- Completed upper secondary education
- Experience in customer service and/or administration
- Good computer and system proficiency
- Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken), good proficiency in English (written and spoken)
We believe you are someone who thrives in a role where you analyze, check, and ensure information is correct. You work methodically, follow processes, and enjoy digging into why an order didn't pass through the system. This role suits you if you appreciate order, responsibility, and problem-solving within an administrative workflow.
