YOUR NEW JOB

We are appointing a new position, which means you will get to help build the role of group leader within LSS together with the unit managers. As a group leader, you will be a support to the units in daily operations and planning. Some scheduling will also be part of the role. Your focus will be on creating engagement and motivation among your colleagues and contributing to stability in the units that yields good results in the operations.

An important part of the assignment is daily contact with the users and their networks. This is important from a quality assurance perspective but also to be able to handle questions and concerns among the staff. Together with colleagues and unit managers, you will also coordinate competence development for the staff in the units.

YOUR COMPETENCE

For this role, we are looking for you who have experience in leadership. You also need to have experience working within LSS operations, as we think it is important that you have an understanding of the target group and the work that is to be performed.

We would prefer that you have a university degree of at least 180 higher education credits, preferably with a focus on social sciences, healthcare, or behavioral sciences. We are also open to the possibility that you may have another similar education or working life experience that the employer deems suitable.

As a person, you are good at planning, organizing, and prioritizing work in an effective way, and you are clear in your communication with others. You are listening and affirming in your interaction with users and employees and are good at building relationships. You have a professional approach and a good ability to collaborate and put yourself in others' perspectives. You have an ability to create trust and help others grow. You contribute to a good work environment by being engaged and stable, even in change.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience of working within LSS operations.
• For this position, you are required to present a valid extract from the Police's criminal record and suspicion register before employment.

YOUR NEW WORKPLACE

You will work close to our LSS operations with a location at Brinken together with, among others, the unit managers in the area. Here we also have a support pedagog who you will collaborate closely with regarding the operations and competence development of the staff. You also have support from colleagues within outpatient care, as well as a group leader within the authority's administration (IFO).
