Your assignment

The mission of family home care is to ensure that children and young people placed outside the home have their needs met so that they can grow and develop. We work with a focus on the child, their situation, and needs, while offering care and support to caregivers, the child's custodians, and their network.

As a child caseworker within family home care, you are responsible for following up and ensuring the quality of the child's care. You work for the child's participation through child conversations as well as conversations with custodians and the child's network. The role also involves broad collaboration with other societal actors. The work places high demands on documentation as well as the ability and courage to conduct qualified assessments and investigations. A large part of the work takes place in close collaboration with family home caseworkers. Qualifications

We are looking for you who are educated as a social worker and have experience working within family home care or authority operations concerning children, young people, or families. A B driver's license and good driving skills are required for the position. Experience working according to the Signs of Safety model is meritorious.

Employment

The positions are within the social services department of Helsingborg City. Shift work may occur in certain areas, and evening duties are included as needed.
