Do you want to work in an international and business-oriented role where you can combine finance, project management, and collaboration in a technically advanced environment? We are now looking for a Commercial Project Manager for a global company in the energy sector, focusing on service and aftermarket projects.

As a Commercial Project Manager, you will work closely with technical project managers and other functions within the project organization. You will have overall responsibility for the commercial and financial follow-up of projects throughout the execution phase.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Responsibility for the commercial and financial aspects of projects
• Ensuring correct project reporting and financial follow-up
• Handling invoicing according to contracts and project plans
• Working with cash flow, margins, forecasts, and financial analyses
• Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, internal controls, and reporting requirements
• Handling bank guarantees, remittances, and other payment securities
• Supporting project management in risk management and cost control
• Contributing to improvement work and knowledge feedback within the organization
• Working in business systems and reporting tools such as SAP and Power BI

You will be responsible for a portfolio of international service projects and collaborate with colleagues and customers globally. Travel may be required for this role.

You will become an important part of an international project team, responsible for the commercial and financial aspects of several parallel projects. To be successful in this role, you need

• A relevant university or college degree in economics, finance, or similar
• Experience in project economics, accounting, or other commercial roles, for example within banking or international operations
• Good system proficiency and experience with tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Analytical, structured, and possessing a business-oriented holistic perspective
