We are looking for a Specialist in General Medicine in Landskrona

HMC in Landskrona opened in 2014 and today we have just over 7,000 registered patients. We are located in newly built premises at Frögatan 16 in Landskrona with good transport links and parking facilities. We are a well-functioning health centre with strong growth, and we are therefore now expanding our team with a Specialist in General Medicine.

About the position

As a Specialist in General Medicine with us, you have a varied and stimulating role. The duties include, among other things, doctor's consultations, on-call duties, doctor participation in home care, and supervision of students, AT (basic training) and ST (specialist training) doctors. With us, you will be able to use your competencies fully while developing professionally.

You will have the opportunity to develop the operations together with other employees and participate in improvement and quality work.

All doctors are covered by a collective agreement between the Swedish Medical Association (Läkarförbundet) and the Swedish Healthcare Employers Association (Vårdföretagarna).

About you

We are looking for you who are a Specialist in General Medicine with the eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare. You have Swedish language skills corresponding to level C1.

We would appreciate it if you had a few years of experience working in primary care. Interest in supervising AT and ST doctors is an advantage.

You are unpretentious, clear in your communication, and have a good ability to structure and prioritize. As a person, you are team-oriented, solution-focused, and have an interest in developing the health centre. You are driven by meeting the patient where they are and have a desire to take responsibility for the entirety of the patient's care experience.
