Laponia Health Centre is one of Region Norrbotten's health centres. Here you will find specialist doctors in general medicine, resident doctors, district nurses, reception nurses, diabetes nurses, assistant nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, CBT therapists, social workers, and child and maternal health care. There is also a joint youth clinic in Gällivare. In the hospital premises, there is also joint light therapy. Currently, we have approximately 9,000 registered citizens and 40 employees.

We are looking for

We are looking for you who are trained as a medical secretary with good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities. As a person, you are independent, clear, and flexible. You plan, organize, and prioritize work in an efficient manner. You have good cooperation skills as you value and see the benefit of collaborating with others.

What you will work with

As a medical secretary, you will have a varied workload and be an important resource for the entire health centre. We offer a developing and stimulating job with independent responsibility. You will provide administrative support to the operations, including writing medical records in Cosmic. You will also handle calling patients from the waiting list. You will collaborate with healthcare staff and other medical secretaries. As a new employee, you will receive an introduction to give you good conditions for getting into the work in our operations.

Information about the position

We offer you a permanent full-time position, daytime hours. Start date according to agreement. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
