Furuboda Assistans is a private personal assistance provider in southern Sweden, with roots in the non-profit Furuboda Association. The company was established in 2005 and is a growing business. About the Role

Profile – Traits we are looking for in you:

We are looking for someone who is caring, does not have an excessive need to be the center of attention, and shows understanding and respect for the customer. You are flexible in your thinking and working style, and contribute to a pleasant work environment for both colleagues and customers.

The customer has extensive care needs, which requires relevant experience. You are present in the customer's daily life, available when help is needed, but can also work in the background if required. As an assistant, you ensure the customer feels good and receives the support they need, regardless of the size of the need at any given moment.

Working Hours: Shifts are divided between 08:00–18:00 and 18:00–08:00 (sleeping on-call), scheduled every other weekend.

Important Requirements: Since the customer has a dog, you must not be allergic to fur-bearing animals. The customer uses their own car for transportation, so a manual driver's license is also required.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Energetic and cheerful.
• Preferably over 30 years old with experience in the field.
• Knowledgeable about what personal assistance entails (and what it does not).
• Living close to Kristianstad Municipality.
• In possession of a manual driver's license.
• In possession of a car for commuting to and from work.
