We currently have a great need to hire more qualified childcare workers for preschools. We are now looking for you who can work at preschools throughout the entire Stockholm region. We are looking for both qualified preschool teachers, qualified childcare workers, and unqualified substitutes with long experience in preschools.

In the preschool, you work on sections with younger children (1–3 years) and older children (3–5 years). As a preschool substitute, your tasks include helping children with meals, dressing and undressing, and play, both indoors and outdoors. You work together with other staff on the section, and you are jointly responsible for the daily operations running smoothly.

BILDA has collective agreements, offers an introductory training, and provides ongoing coaching support and dialogue with an assigned contact person at BILDA.

To work as a substitute, you need:

• Upper secondary school diploma or equivalent (preferably with a focus on children and leisure).
• Previous work experience in preschools in Sweden.
• Good ability to speak and write Swedish.

Merits include:

• Relevant education such as a childcare worker degree or preschool teacher degree.
