Who are you?

At Nexer in Karlskrona, we continue to strengthen our team – we are now looking for experienced IT Project Managers with technical understanding and a good ability to create structure, collaboration, and results in complex assignments.

We are looking for you who have at least five years of experience in technical project management in an IT environment and who want to work close to the customer's business to:

• Lead IT projects from idea to implementation
• Develop processes, systems, and working methods
• Drive projects within digitalization, system changes, cloud transformations, or integrations
• Support customers in change work and development of new working methods

In this role, you will have a central position in our customers' digital development. You lead strategically important initiatives within IT and information management – from preliminary studies to implementation – and act as the link between the customer, technical specialists, and different parts of the business.

You have experience in independently driving IT projects, for example within process mapping, system implementation, or business development. If you have experience from industry-related operations or complex technical environments, we see this as particularly valuable.

We would like you to have worked according to established project methods such as PPS, Prince2, Scrum, or similar. Experience from roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst can also contribute valuable perspectives to the role.

Experience from the public sector is a big plus.

The role requires that you can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. This is an important prerequisite for succeeding in customer dialogues and in collaboration with the team.

As a person, you are structured and solution-oriented and enjoy taking responsibility and creating momentum. You build trust in different contexts, communicate clearly with different target groups, and have the ability to keep both details and the big picture together. You work independently but also see the value in close collaboration with others.
