About the role
As a consultant with us, you are more than a specialist. You are an AI pioneer who helps our customers take real steps on their AI journey from idea and strategy to implementation and value creation. You work at the intersection of development, AI, and business, understanding the technology deeply, but also how it creates value in reality.

You will:

• Combine your development background with solutions within machine learning, generative AI, and data-driven systems
• Challenge old ways of working and show what is actually possible
• Take an advisory role in technical and strategic decisions
• Be involved in building and developing our AI offering

The position can be located in both Karlskrona and Växjö, and travel may occur.

We are looking for you who
We are looking for someone who not only follows the development in AI, but drives it. You who question, turn problems around until you find something better. You who see the big picture, not just the model, not just the code – but the business, the people, and real impact.

You also have:

• An academic education in IT, computer science, or similar
• Several years of experience as a consultant, developer, data scientist, or similar
• The ability to see the big picture and connect technology to business value
• The ability to engage in dialogue with the customer and explain complex technology in an understandable way

For this role, you must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, as well as hold Swedish citizenship, as some customer assignments require it.
