We are now looking for a Systems Engineer for our facility in Mörrum who wants to drive the development of our control systems and contribute to a modern, stable, and safe production environment.

In the role of Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work close to production and be a key player in developing and maintaining our control systems.

You will also work with:

• Specifying, maintaining, and developing functions in control systems (ABB 800xA)

• Monitoring and optimizing installed controls

• Programming and making changes to control system code

• Participating in projects and driving improvement work

• Training users in control functions

• Leading external programmers and collaborating with other systems engineers within Södra Cell

The position is a permanent full-time day shift role, based in Mörrum.

We are looking for someone who wants to combine technical depth with business understanding and is driven by developing and improving systems in a production-oriented environment.

To succeed, you need:

• Strong self-drive and well-developed self-leadership

• To be structured, meticulous, and accustomed to documenting your work

• Good communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with others

• Leadership qualities and the ability to drive issues forward

• An interest in new technology and a willingness to continuously develop

We also look for experience with:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

• Work with control systems, preferably ABB 800xA or Siemens PCS/S7

• Programming of control loops and control functions

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience with programming in ABB AC450/AC800M is advantageous.
