About Softhouse 👋

At Softhouse, we are approximately 300 employees spread across 10 offices, where we jointly deliver world-class services and software. In the Southeast region, you will find our offices in Karlskrona and Karlshamn, where we are a tight-knit team of about 65 colleagues. We work on various customer assignments and team deliveries, both in-house and on-site at the customer's location. We value knowledge sharing and enjoy spending time together both at work and outside of it through AWS events, board game nights, exercise, an annual crayfish party, and conference and ski trips.

You get it, seniority can mean many things - but more specifically, to succeed in the role, we would like you to:

• Have extensive experience in programming and competence in e.g., Java, .NET/C#, Kotlin, Node.js, React, or Vue.

• Be accustomed to contributing to all phases of software development, such as requirements, architecture, design, testing, and integration.

• Enjoy working according to agile principles and methods.

• Have a university degree in a relevant field.

• Be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish and English.
