Who are you? You know who you are. You are already established in a consulting role. You are someone both clients and colleagues trust when things get complex. You are someone who doesn't just deliver – but elevates the entire assignment.

We are looking for you if you:

• Have several years of experience as an IT consultant

• Have at least 5 years of experience in roles such as:

  • Software Developer

  • Solution Architect

  • AI Engineer / ML Engineer

  • Cloud Engineer

  • Or another senior specialist role

You are confident in client interactions and can take ownership of your assignments. You have the ability to see the big picture, from technology to business, and explain complex solutions in an understandable way. As a person, you are curious, driven, and dare to challenge. You don't need to know everything, but you need to be really good in your area and willing to continue developing.

For this role, you must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, and hold Swedish citizenship, as some client assignments require it.
