About the Company

Our client in Sölvesborg is in an expansion phase and needs to strengthen their production with a Robot Programmer. The company we are helping to recruit for is a modern, technology-driven industrial operation focused on automation and efficient production solutions. The operations involve working with advanced robot cells, CNC-controlled processes, and automated flows to deliver high-quality products to customers across various industrial segments.

Your Responsibilities

Your main tasks will consist of programming, setting up, and optimizing industrial robots in production. You will work on developing and improving robot cells while ensuring that production maintains high quality and efficiency. The work also includes troubleshooting, improvement work, and some support for production engineers and operators. You will be involved in both new projects and ongoing production.

Your Background/Qualities

We are looking for you who have a technical education in automation, production technology, or similar, or equivalent work experience. You have a strong technical interest, and experience with industrial robots is highly meritorious. You preferably have experience with robot programming in ABB. We use Rapid and OmniCore. Knowledge of reading drawings and production technology work is also a plus. As a person, you are solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and thrive in an environment where technology and production meet. You have good collaboration skills but can also work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.

Information and Contact

The employment starts with a fixed-term contract of 6 months with us at Wikan Personal, which is then expected to transition into employment with our client. Start date is by agreement.
