Hello! I am a 27-year-old guy living in my own apartment in Norsjö.
I am fundamentally an active person who loves adventure, but I also greatly value the safety and calm of my own home.
My daily mood and energy levels dictate how our days look. To maintain a good balance in everyday life, I need good routines and a clear structure. When my energy is high, I enjoy filling my time with activities I like – this can range from a visit to the swimming pool or a drive in my car to pleasant outdoor activities. On other days, when my energy is lower, I need more recovery, and we prioritize calm at home, perhaps watching a good movie.
As I have autism and reduced verbal abilities, you become a crucial link between me and the outside world. I need your support to communicate and navigate daily life. You will help me with routines, planning, and carrying out activities, as well as with common household chores and personal care. There are no heavy lifts involved in my care.
I need to expand my team with more people and am therefore looking for:
- 2 on-call substitutes for work as needed, starting immediately
- 2-3 summer substitutes for part-time work during the vacation period (June-August)
About you:
- You have a B-driver's license - manual transmission, as you drive my car
- You have excellent knowledge of the Swedish language - you are my voice to the outside world
- You can handle scratches/claws + have basic swimming skills
- You are calm, present, and attentive.
Personal chemistry between you and me is the most important thing!
ABOUT THE POSITIONS
As an on-call substitute, you will have the opportunity to be introduced to the work now and support the regular staff when they are absent. During the summer period, we offer part-time summer positions as our regular staff goes on leave.
Working hours are scheduled as 24-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends as follows.
- 15:00 - 15:00 (Next day)
Start date and introduction are agreed upon individually.
Employment level: On-call substitutes + summer substitutes.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the role. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present a valid ID and/or submit a background check (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the background check from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register control will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
