About the assignment

We are looking for a rental administrator for Gavlegårdarna in Gävle for a consulting assignment starting on August 17th, lasting for one year with the possibility of extension by an additional three months. The work takes place on-site at the client's office in Gävle on weekdays from 07:30–16:00 (with some flexibility).

Your responsibilities

You will work with renting out apartments by leading the rental process from the moment the apartment becomes available until the tenant has moved in. By asking the right questions and setting requirements during the rental process, you help prevent issues on the housing market, such as illegal subletting. Your primary contact with tenants is via phone, but also through email and physical meetings. You work in close collaboration with colleagues on your department as well as other departments within Gavlegårdarna.

Main responsibilities:

• Renting out apartments
• Administration regarding agreements and incoming documents
• Handling direct exchanges, subletting, and transfers
• Property viewings

Your qualifications

• High school education
• Administrative experience and good computer skills
• Experience working with sensitive cases and information
• B-driver's license
