We are looking for a structured and communicative Project Coordinator with an eye for detail and a strong ability to juggle multiple tasks. You will act as the hub between the supplier and the customer during the implementation of a new IT system, where high quality and clear communication are key. In this role, you will collaborate closely with an IT Service Desk function, both during the project and in the handover phase. After the project concludes, you will become part of this group and continue to contribute to the management and further support of the system.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on deliveries between supplier and customer
• Ensure agreed schedules are met and handle any deviations
• Drive and coordinate change management in dialogue with various stakeholders
• Contribute to structure and clarity in planning and follow-up
• Documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to the IT Service Desk

You likely have:

• Experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role
• Ability to handle multiple parallel tasks
• Good experience acting as an intermediary between customer and supplier
• Experience in customer service, preferably within IT, is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
