Description of Duties

About the role:

We are in an exciting development phase and are looking for you who want to help create a new structure for our daily activities according to LSS. The assignment involves significant responsibility where you, together with the manager and colleagues, work strategically and operationally to develop the activities based on the individual's needs and the intentions of the legislation. You will have a central role in creating sustainable solutions for our participants and assignments, as well as contributing to ensuring that the activities maintain high quality and meet future needs.

The role includes:

  • Being a driving force in the development of a new organization within daily activities
  • Coordinating and developing working methods, structures, and collaborations
  • Establishing and maintaining contact with external partners
  • Receiving decisions from authorities and ensuring implementation
  • Contributing to quality assurance and development of interventions according to LSS
  • Partially working administratively and operationally with interventions such as contact person, companion, and substitute within our assignment unit.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

  • Are educated as a support educator (stödpedagog)
  • Have long and solid experience within LSS, especially within daily activities
  • Have very good knowledge of legislation, assignments, and implementation in the area
  • Have experience working with interventions such as contact person, companion, and substitute
  • Have experience with coordination, development work, and collaboration
  • Have a driver's license
