Gotlands Sjukhem is a nursing home with core values rooted in charity and compassion. The facility is located just south of Visby's medieval city walls, within walking distance of Södercentrum. The nursing home offers sea views and a park-like garden.

As a Nursing Assistant, you are responsible for providing dignified and high-quality care and support based on the individual needs of the elderly. Duties may include assistance with daily care, meal service, medication administration, documentation, support during activities, and light cleaning tasks.

We prefer candidates with experience from elderly care. It is an advantage if you are a trained assistant nurse, or if you are currently studying to become a nurse, social worker, or are pursuing other healthcare education. A genuine interest in working within elderly care is essential.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Key qualities we look for include flexibility, sensitivity, and responsibility. We are looking for a positive, cheerful person who works well in a team.

You will work night shifts according to the shift roster.

We are looking for holiday substitutes for weeks 25–33. We prioritize candidates who can work for the majority of this period.

You must be computer literate and able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
