We are now looking for you who want to work part-time alongside your studies at our office in Luleå, with a focus on sourcing and recruitment.

The tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Sourcing and candidate search via various channels
• Scheduling consultants
• Ad creation
• Screening, phone interviews, scheduling interviews, and reference checks
• Employment market activities, such as poster campaigns, trade fairs, etc.
• Telephone contact with consultants and candidates

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who has a couple of years left of their studies. As a person, you are structured and meticulous in your work. You enjoy working in a team and are not afraid of working at a fast pace. You are skilled at quickly getting up to speed with different tasks and are a proficient computer user. You communicate well both verbally and in writing, and you are fluent in both Swedish and English.
