We are looking for a woman who wants to work for our lovely 26-year-old client in Särdö, starting in April.

Our client has cerebral palsy, an intellectual disability, and epilepsy (EP). As a personal assistant, you will be present during the afternoons and evenings, as well as every other weekend. You will assist with all daily care tasks and support her in various activities. Most importantly, you are a calm, attentive, and reassuring person. We are looking for someone with a cheerful, playful, and slightly mischievous personality who still has a childlike spirit. You enjoy coming up with new ideas and are proactive.

Previous experience as an assistant is not required, as we prioritize personal suitability above all else. However, it is meritorious if you are a trained nursing assistant or have experience working with children and young people, intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, or epilepsy.

Our client enjoys finding new activities and appreciates outings such as bowling, coffee breaks, or shopping. She also loves visiting Liseberg, listening to music, and watching performances.

Working Hours

Your working hours vary between weekdays from 16:00 to 22:00, and every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 11:00 to 22:00. The schedule may be adjusted slightly. During the summer, when our client is on leave from her day program, there is also an opportunity to work longer shifts on weekdays.

We are looking for two people, with positions at approximately 50–75% each, with the possibility of working more.

Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis, and training will begin in April.

Salary and other terms of employment are in accordance with the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna – Kommunal.
