We are now looking for personal assistants for a client with autism, intellectual disability, and epilepsy. The client prefers female applicants at this time.

Introduction and work will begin during the summer, with a good opportunity for a permanent position starting in the autumn. From autumn, the work will also involve accompanying and supporting the client at her day activity program.

We are looking for you who are calm, secure, and have great patience. You need to be able to handle situations with a low-affective approach and have the ability to divert, motivate, and "play along" when the client becomes locked in or displays problematic behavior. It is important that you can create security and build a good relationship with the client.

We would like you to:

• Be responsible and receptive
• Have a calm and stable approach
• Be flexible and solution-oriented
• Have experience with autism or similar work (meritorious but not a requirement)

Personal suitability is highly valued. Experience in care and nursing is meritorious but not a requirement.
