WORK TASKS

Do you want to work in a brave and forward-looking outpatient care with a strong focus on competence and accessibility?

We are now looking for 1-2 new employees for the Adult Team in Outpatient Care in Hörby. We work in a team of four adult therapists, including one alcohol and drug therapist.

Our mission includes working with harmful use and addiction, social counseling, mental ill-health, domestic violence, and housing solutions.

We offer individual and group therapy (12-step treatment). In accordance with the new Social Services Act, we work with non-assistance measures, which enables our citizens to receive quick support.

At outpatient care, three different teams work: Adult, Family, and Housing Support. We have regular collaboration and close cooperation with the authority unit.

The position may involve irregular working hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a degree in social work, are a behavioral scientist or social pedagogue, or alternatively a treatment assistant, and have experience working with the target group.

Meritorious if you have training in relapse prevention, MET, HAP, MI, CBT, CRA.

We would appreciate it if you have training in domestic violence and group therapy, e.g., alcohol and drug therapist, as it may become relevant to participate in our 12-step treatment.

Employment type: Permanent position.
Working hours: Daytime.
